survive the ai future puts you in charge of an AI company for twelve turns, from infancy to growth to maturity. every turn brings an event and a decision, then shows what moved: capability, alignment, reputation, money, public awareness, governance, and the market around you.

the goal is not to push capability as high as possible. move too fast without alignment and you can trigger a doom ending. govern too aggressively and the company stagnates. the game keeps turning the abstract arguments about AI into tradeoffs you have to live with.

it is a small strategy game, but the question underneath it is large: can you build something powerful while keeping enough of the surrounding world able to absorb it?
